Summer Reading Programs in Libraries:
We had great fun performing our “Magic Circus Summer Reading”
magic shows last week at Monterey Free Libraries. The schedule was tight with 3 shows daily at the Buena Vissta, Seaside, Carmel Valley, Prunedale, Castroville and Marina Library Branches. We had big audiences and everybody was in awe about our magic and comedy fun with Benny & Bebe as the modern magicians. We have several new magic tricks that promote reading library books.
We were lucky to stay at a beautiful B & B close to the Monterey Cannery Row called Jabberwock Inn. Their theme of the whole house is Alice in Wonderland.
This week we returned to the San Mateo Library with our “Amazing Science Whiz Show”. Enthusiastic audiences loved the combination of science and green environmental education and entertainment.
